If you need help with Savmo, send your question to support@ciuslabs.com. Include the issue you hit, the device type, and your iOS version if the problem is specific to a purchase, restore, or notification flow.
2. Restoring purchases
Open Savmo Settings or the paywall and choose Restore Purchases. Savmo uses Apple StoreKit restore behavior. Billing and restoration are handled by Apple, not by CIUSLABS directly.
3. Billing behavior
Savmo Pro and Savmo Lifetime are one-time Apple in-app purchases. They do not auto-renew.
Savmo starts new devices on a 3-day premium trial. When that trial ends without a purchase, the app returns to the free tier.
4. Subscription actions inside the app
Savmo helps you review subscriptions, open provider pages, and use cancel guides for supported services. Savmo does not directly cancel third-party subscriptions on your behalf.
5. Import, reminders, and data storage
Savmo can import supported CSV links, files, and screenshots. Renewal and trial reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
Savmo stores your app data locally. If you delete the app, the data stored on that device is removed as well.
